POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Management Auditor of the National Insurance Scheme – Guyana is responsible for:
• The development and execution of a broad comprehensive programme of internal audit within the National Insurance Scheme.
• Examining and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the systems of management control provided by the National Insurance Act and regulations to direct activities toward the accomplishment of objectives.
• Providing analyses, recommendations, counsel and information concerning the activities undertaken.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should possess at least a post-graduate degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent ACCA qualifications plus five (5) years experience in a related field.
OR
A Degree in Finance or Accountancy/Finance or equivalent ACCA qualifications plus ten (10) years experience in a related field.
